The rep is always the only person there. If you ask her politely, she may or may not know. It is empty, ready and paid.

You say on the same card. And they need to see it again. A lie. When you say, I don't need it and I have it somewhere else, she needs to make it up with you.

There is always a white ghost at the rep counter knowing what you are doing. Not really. It never talks.

Then when they all laugh and look at you, they are all responding their own shit.

Then if they have it to call a guard, you may or may not know the station is 24 hours again until you see the room.

Once you see it again, they say just go in there. But the way they responded to you. They still don't know. That the room is paid for and ready.

Once you see someone at the door. The maid or repair person, they are stating the same thing. After the most 24 hours you have done, they are the cop. They don't know; if it is ready or paid. The end!
